ATITHI @Indian Customs. It is developed by Directorate General of Systems, Central Board of Indirect Taxes(CBIC), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India to drive digital Governance in India. This application provides a platform for all visitors travelling to India globally to file their baggage, Item & Currency declarations and other citizen centric services. It will reduce the time taken for Customs Declaration and will ease the arrival process at Indian Airports.

Horrible app
IOS users, you may need to turn Dark Mode off to be able to read the options cause they have white text on a white background with white input. Horrible design. Even after filling out all the details, I keep getting a server error when trying to register for a user id. If you try searching for the app on the App Store, you can’t even find it. It’s also not there on the google play store. Pretty sure this is a useless app that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time
India Access Only
After struggling like others to register with the app hanging at the submission phase on both the iOS app and website, I decided to try a VPN into India and magically everything worked! The interface was clunky but at least it worked. So apparently the customs website/app limits access to connections from India. An app like this shouldn’t be limited to India only traffic but it is what it is.
Unable to create account
The password field keeps reflecting in error even though I have put multiple passwords which have uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters with 10+ digits
