Over the next 21 days, you will work with a metabolic expert, to learn how your body works, by understanding how your gut reacts to various stimuli. You will see the impact certain foods, actions and states of mind can affect your glucose levels, and therefore your physical and mental well being.

Great insight
I have been interested in my health for years now. I have read many books about how important maintaining a low glucose level is and applied the tips and tricks to my daily life. But when I started using the cgm with aspect it was truly amazing to see the affect that food has on our bodies. That’s real time data!!! With the help of my health coach we have been able to tweak my habits to help get my levels within a better range on a daily basis.

I really loved how the combination of CGM and wearable data, analytics and health coaching helped me finally transform my habits!
I tried various apps and devices before, but lack of accountability and knowledge to derive insights hindered my progress towards being a healthy, fit and vital woman🤦🏼♀️ Since I discovered Aspect, there is no turning back! With the help of CGM analytics and coach I got rid of foods that made me sluggish and added cm to my waist. My cycle got predictable like a clock, I feel energized and empowered!
The app and overall service are great too. Some minor glitches a couple times, but it’s totally worth sticking to it. My coach was super-nice and knowledgeable. Kudos to Aspect! 🙏💜

I’ve never wrote a review on ANYTHING before. That’s how terrible this is. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. They are scamming you. I have no possible idea HOW this app could possibly have 4.5 stars on the App Store. There’s no possible way it could be legitimate.
This app was advertised as $129 for 6 months of the app, which on the surface looked lovely. Seemed very educational. It targeted to help women with PCOS, which I have. My husband and I are trying to start a family and I want to make my blood sugars well controlled to give us the best chance at conceiving. It was advertised that you get 1 continuous blood glucose monitoring per month and in app coaching for six months. At least that’s what I THOUGHT I was paying for. I got my CGM in the mail and was excited to start my journey.
After checking my credit card this month I noticed that this app charged my card an ADDITIONAL $235 dollars that I did not authorize. I did not buy any additional services. Come to find out that they charge your card MONTHLY. Why? I have no idea.
Now I’m trying to cancel the app and I can’t cancel unless I pay almost $300 for a cancellation fee.
Run!!! Do. Not. Buy.
It would have been cheaper and less tears and lies to just go through my primary care provider.
