Login problem
The old app worked great, this new app I have trouble logging in also it takes forever to load. Can’t login with finger print. I called the bank IT they said it was my phone that was causing the problem.
Okay but needs a little work
I’ve been using the app for years and it is overall very useful. However, there is one bug I’d like fixed.
It appears that much of the functionality is part of a web app. If the app times out it leaves the user at a web based sign on page. This is not the initial app login page that supports Face ID.
If you use Face ID to get into the app, check your balances, then start using some other app the Alerus app times out. When you open it again, you are on the web sign in page, no Face ID available. You must actually close the app (flip it off the screen) and reopen to get to the Face ID screen. Very annoying.
Please have the app reset to the initial sign on screen when it exits or times out!
Terrible Internet and Mobile Banking
Constant processing errors when logging in. The interface is pretty much unusable.
Everything is overlapping and is a pain to look at and navigate. Only good for checking your balance IF you can get that to pop up and show your current balance. And the transaction history is all over the place. Sorry to say, but honestly, they need to replace whoever is working on these systems and get some people who know how to run apps and websites. Absolutely awful user experience I have experienced in ANY app.
