Broken App

We just purchased a Nectar Adjustable Luxe Frame. The instructions directed us to download this app. It worked for a few minutes, then the app kept asking us to update the firmware. As soon as we did that, the app said that the firmware update failed, then the app would no longer work. Worthless at this point.

Basic function but works

I have the Nectar Adjustable Luxe frame. The instructions in the box told me to download the basic app which didn't work. Support told me to download the one for the Luxe and I got connected fine. The firmware update worked but was a little confusing on how to reconnect.

This app needs integration in Google Home and Alexa.

Absolute garbage app, Unusable

Constantly pesters you to update firmware and if you give in… the app will no longer control your bed. !!!Do not update firmware!!! It will make all bed functions fail.
