1. When adding to calendar please have the ability to select which calendar to add to
2. The calendar event has the visit type + practitioner listed in the name (Example: Physical Therapy w/ Jane Smith).

Great service, poor execution

Firstly, can’t setup account if you don’t have work email access which we as retail employees don’t have access to. So basically I can’t create account when I needed urgent care. Second, benefits site says dependents are covered but I’m told underage dependents are not covered. Third, all dependents need to have their own account setup to use ACW which is again never documented on benefits site. The app is pretty decent but signup process is definitely very bad. Definitely execution part needs lots of work. Otherwise great concept
