FAQs
Q: Where can I find these stations online?
A: Each of the stations are run independently and have their own online presence. There are several online directories where you can find the stations featured in the app.
Q: Why does the music occasionally skip?
A: When songs are skipping, it is often because 1) that station's server has recently been reset or 2) the internet isn't filling the audio buffer fast enough. Usually these issues are resolved with faster internet, changing to a new station, or they resolve on their own after the server resets.
Q: Why are some stations blank at times?
A: Some of these stations are controlled by real DJs and if they aren't playing anything at the time or their site is down no music will play. Fortunately we have a variety of channels so you will always have a lot to choose from.

Reason for the long subject line is that I’m glad you don’t put into heavy rotation the “cliche” 80’s songs that everyone associates with the time period.
I feel more like you approached it like this: if we really were a radio station in the 1980’s and we don’t yet know what will be considered iconic, we would just be playing what we like, what was released and in maybe the widest variety possible till we found our niche. That is what you sound like to me, and that’s a good thing.
I’m excited to keep listening: at work, in my car, and I can’t wait to hook my wife up with the app as she’ll live some of the lighter pop ballads that I don’t particularly like, but refreshing to hear again and maybe cleanse the palette from the harder stuff.
I actually like your intro/outro’s with a few commercials which I know sounded strange but does make it feel like a real radio station vs just streaming my music.

Great!! But could use a few more things…
I think this is a wonderful 80s radio with lots of songs. But maybe you could add a few things?? Perhaps a search bar to search up specific radio stations?? And it’d be nice to have a button to perhaps save/favorite/like your favorite radio stations and have quick access to them instead of having to scroll to find them. And also it’d be nice if the radio stations were a bit different for example one could play well known hits and another could play more underrated less heard songs instead of mixing them both together?? It’s just sometimes I’m in different moods for different songs and don’t wanna have to scroll and click buttons for different kinds of songs. But other certain stations can have mixes of both :D these are just my ideas to make the app even more amazing
I love the 1980s!
Here’s my review of your 1980s app! I was a little kid living in the 80s and the one thing I miss the most about the 80s is the awesome music. You can understand it. You could tell what they were singing about. You guys got a great app I love it. 80s may be gone but they’re not forgotten! Long live the 80s I had the coolest toys and we still had video rental stores which has gone the wayside! Very sad but the 80s will live on. I give yourapp an A+ and see about adding some 80s country. I think that would be hip.!
