此手機應用程式是一個讓澳電客戶管理供電合約和申請服務的平台。通過此應用程式，客戶可以查閱最新的電費單及申請服務，例如客戶自行報讀電錶讀數、申請繳費提示服務或留言至我們的客戶聯繫中心，並可隨時跟進網上申請的狀況。此外，客戶可選擇登記成為註冊客戶方便管理多個合約。該應用程式與澳電的網上服務中心www.cem-macau.com是完全同步的。註冊客戶可以相同的登錄憑證使用網上服務中心及此應用程式。未註冊的客戶也可透過這個應用程式登記成為註冊客戶以享用此平台及網上服務中心的各項服務。
提示：長期使用GPS在後台運行可能顯著減少電池壽命。
