The National card application aims to streamline reserving government services, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for users and how citizens interact with MOI by providing a centralized application for reserving government services, and appointments.
Is a pioneering initiative aimed at developing and modernizing the reservation process for government services and seeks to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in providing government services while improving citizen satisfaction, in addition to facilitating the reservation process within departments and governorates, and customizing the platform based on the requirements of each governorate/department separately.
