As a member, this means that we're renaming the membership levels and making it easier to reach the next one. You can now be upgraded in two ways: by collecting points or by taking a certain number of journeys. A simpler way for frequent travellers to get more out of their membership. We're also lowering the point requirements for each level.

I couldn’t add my ticket to Apple Wallet
I have tried to add my train ticket to Apple Wallet but failed to do so. I got “Could not fetch wallet-pass” error.

In trouble 😰
I couldnt figure out , before my train s departure, how to proceed to payment, who would know, it was by tapping the price text. Now I cant buy the ticket 😑
