2) You can pick from our library of sounds.
3) You can hold or wear your phone on your body to track your movements.
4) Optionally, you can connect your Apple Watch as an additional sensor.
We’ve collaborated with dancers, music therapists, and neurodivergent individuals to create an app that opens new possibilities for self-expression, somatic therapy, self-soothing, and more. Reconnect with your body using WORM today!
