Doctor Here Online is an online consultation and healthcare management platform for health experts. Dr. Here Online has won the Certificate of Merit in the Asia Smart App Awards in 2020 for its innovative and in-depth design. Since we believe that healthcare can happen anytime, anywhere and has no boundaries, we built a global 24/7 mobile platform to fulfill this purpose. The Dr.HereOnline application (Expert App) is a comprehensive, multi-language healthcare platform that aids global healthcare experts in taking diligent care of their patients/members.
The Dr. Here Online Expert App offers healthcare providers the following:
1. The “Smart Clinic” setting. “Smart Clinic” provides digitalized clinical services, including clinic introductions, patient-centered care, online medical consultations and healthcare management. Digitalized clinical services highly increases efficiency of care.
2. When authorized, healthcare experts can review their members’ medical exam reports to provide tracking services and reminders.
Members can consult with their healthcare providers online or get a second opinion from other healthcare experts.
3. Global healthcare providers can communicate online and refer patients to each other for further treatment.
