Old school ftw

Leuk om dit weer te spelen na bijna een slordige 18 jaar. Brings back memories. Dit spel werd geprezen om de goede ambient geluiden en daar is nu nog steeds niets op aan te merken. Verhaal is pakkend. Gameplay is niet altijd even goed, maar oké dit spel is voor de fans. Dezelfde mensen maakten hierna halo, laat dat voor zich spreken.

Need I say more? Marathon!

The old game I used to play 25 years ago? Or was it 30? Yes I’m that old! Running on my Mac IIsi or Performa 630, was like waiting for ever to load or run this beautiful game. And now, 2023, I can run the same game I was never able to finish, on a iPad Pro 11” or even on my MacBook Pro (both equipped with a M1 processor). I runs way too fast, :-) but the music and monsters, it’s all fun to recognize the moments of joy then. Thanks!

Crashes, loops etc

Sorry to see a fully malfunctioning App on my iPad. Had the original Marathon years ago and loved it to the bone, hoped to play it again, but unfortunately...
