What’s New

Version 2.2.2

Authorized Pickup Now Displayed in-app:

A discrepancy between the mobile app and the web app was identified, where family members who were marked as Family and Authorized Pickup, did not appear as a selectable option when checking out. Despite being available in the web app.

This issue has been resolved, now authorized pickups are consistently displayed across both the web and mobile platforms.

Allow users to post learning moments in-app after child is checked out:
Users can now post Learning Moments even after a child has been checked out, improving flexibility in documenting important activities. This update makes sure that tagged children appear in Learning Moments regardless of their check-in or check-out status.

*Post check-out moments customization must be enabled for your organization to take advantage of this feature. Please contact your LineLeader CSA to request this feature set.

Moment Tag List changes:

The Moment Tag List has been updated to improve organization and visibility when tagging children in Learning Moments. Now, children are displayed in structured sections based on their check-in and check-out status, making it easier for users to find and tag the right individuals. Children checked into the same group as the user now appear at the top of the list, followed by checked out children from the same group, and then all other children in the center. Each section is clearly labeled using color-coded separators based on the organization’s primary brand color.

When staff or admin try to reply to a parent that sent a message to them, the parent’s name no longer automatically appears in the “To” column anymore:

With this update we fixed an issue where the parent’s name was no longer automatically populated in the "To" field when staff or admins replied to a parent message in the Message Center. This issue was reported across multiple sites and confirmed to affect all users. With this fix, when staff or admins click "Reply" to a message from a parent, the parent’s name will now correctly auto-fill in the recipient field, restoring expected behavior.

Staff and Child profile information is not displayed on the app, but it does appear on the website:

With this update we fixed an issue where staff and child profile information were not displayed in the mobile app, despite appearing correctly on the website. This issue was observed across all locations and affected critical profile details such as Primary Phone and Date of Birth. With this fix, staff and child profile data now correctly syncs between the web and mobile platforms, making sure that all necessary information is displayed consistently across both Manage and Engage.

If a parent sends Express Drive-up info on the app, & if you try to look at Express Drive-up on the app as a Staff member; Express Drive-up info doesn’t populate:

We resolved an issue where Express Drive-up information submitted by parents via the mobile app was not appearing in real-time for staff members on the app. While the information was updated correctly on the website, it failed to populate in the mobile staff view.

Medications missing from medical moment modal:

With this update we fixed an issue where the medication dropdown in the Medical Moment modal on Engage was empty, even when medications were listed on the child’s profile. This discrepancy caused inconsistencies between Engage and Manage, where the dropdown correctly displayed medications in Manage but failed to populate in Engage.

With this fix, the Medical Moment modal in Engage now correctly retrieves and displays medications from the child’s profile.
