error messages

in every tried transaction i get an error message and the payment is not completed!

Suspension services

Almost every month my services are suspended. Tried to set up auto payment and increase the credit limited which is a horrible process. And still have to pay manually monthly. Also after payment it takes multiple hours before services are reconnected

Hi, you could set up the autopayment using a valid UAE issued credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via the app or the Website Online account. If the card has sufficient funds, the monthly bill amount will be deducted within 7 - 10 days from the bill cycle date. With regards to the Credit Limit, you could send a copy of your salary certificate to customer.care@du.ae (for Consumer) or care.business@du.ae (for Business). The salary certificate should not older than 3 months & it should be on the letter head of the company with UAE company contact details & company stamp. If the service is disconnected because the bill amount is not paid, it'll be reconnected within 3 hours from the payment time. Thanks

Bad compared to others

Not real time, support site never works, offers are lousy. When you pay it doesn't refresh automatically, hence you may pay more than onve
