Zigzag - Puppy & Dog Training 4+

I can’t recommend this app more. The daily lessons are written in clear, simple steps with little videos to support - very easy to understand. I like that you get to rate how your pup has done on each activity and if a 3 or less they get listed in a ‘practice’ section on your today screen. That way you don’t forget the things you need to do a bit more work on, which I am very prone to do 😅

In addition to this, I have been SO impressed that there are real human beings (puppy coaches) to talk to 24 a day! How amazing is that! I have already spoken to them 3 times and I have only had puppy home for a week. They have been so helpful, supportive, kind and knowledgeable. It really is incredibly reassuring to be able ask someone for advice about anything you need to… rather than having to search the internet / you tube for hours on end, not knowing if what you are being told is good advice or not.

I downloaded this app two weeks ago in preparation for our puppy coming home. It has been invaluable, with great advice and simple but effective walk-through lessons. Having never had a dog before I felt overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting advice out there, about training schedules, methods etc. even just basic details about a puppy’s life stages and what to expect. This app has been a constant companion and everything I have put into practice from it has been really effective and everything I have read has made me feel more confident. The WhatsApp support is also amazing; I’ve used it several times and have had such comprehensive and positive responses, I really feel like I’m not alone in this minefield of raising a happy and healthy puppy. The app is so easy to use and the interface is brilliant, I honestly can’t praise it enough and it is totally worth the money I paid for complete access.

This training app is great (I’ve already recommended it to another puppy parent). The small lessons are easy to follow and it allows you to request further practice or move on to the next stage of each command, allowing your pup not to become too overwhelmed.
If there is a particular command you need to learn before your journey gets you there, you can add it to your daily practice sessions.
I’ve used the Puppy Coach already for help with walking out the front door without my pup trying to sneak out too, and the coach was brilliant, responding within just a few minutes.
I also had a technical issue which Lorna and the Tech team spent some time sorting it out. Emails back and forth each within 30 mins or so, which meant I was never in any doubt they were sorting out my problem.
All in all, a great Team that helps out these important early stages - highly recommended 🥰
