Receive push notifications with details about the customer's last interaction, the nature of their inquiry, and who they were in touch with.

If you're occupied when a customer calls, simply click on "Call back later" in the quick menu. An SMS will be sent to the customer, notifying them that they will be contacted again. Simultaneously, a "Call back" task will be automatically created and added to your task list under "Activities."
"Ensure important messages are noticed..."
By marking a message as important, it will have a distinct sound and vibration pattern, and the text will appear in red in the message thread.
