Easy yet burns calories
Really enjoying this. Started last week and been able to do only a couple of times, yet with each use I feel the calories burn, muscles stretching and a general feeling of well-being.
I especially love that it has different categories for different needs. I also love that it has reminders each day in case I forget or don’t feel too motivated for the day, it doesn’t guilt trip me but provides a gentle reminder.
I also love that it connects to the Health App on my iPhone and records my yoga exercise and how many calories I burn.
Over all the best I’ve tried so far.

One of the best yoga app’s I’ve found and used, love this one and it’s good that you can set it with your phone and get reminders to do yoga, has a busy mom finding time between sorting kids, housework and yoga I can now find my time with my youngest in nursery so I get to use this app and have set reminders for 9am everyday 7 days a week.

Absolutely love this app it fits into my busy work schedule which I have found really difficult for other apps to do! I would definitely recommend it 🙏🏽
