The App is saying there is a newer version. However when you try to log in it crashes

The person ENOC registered me in the petrol station. However now when I try to log in it says my phone number is already registered. But I can’t get the email they have used for me.
I have tried ringing & email to rectifying this problem with no success.
Terrible
The app barely ever works, especially when trying to get points for petrol. If you request for help from their customer service you get no reply. Pointless app. Complete waste of time.
