NowNow by noon: Grocery & more 12+

Sadly this app feels like it was created as quick as possible to cater to an sudden demand (fantastic brands; Waitrose, M&S included). Navigation and searching Is clunky at best. You need to know the exact name of the item otherwise it’s a long list which is painful to scroll through from a phone. Don’t even get started on trying to get pack of items i.e. water, cokes; NowNow must have thought their only customers would be individuals doing a day shop. I think their biggest error in the app is allowing customers to order and be charged for items that aren’t available. This occurred on every order I’ve placed - if you don’t have the items put it out of stock. Alternative products being used instead of what you ordered also seems a common issue, without the customers acknowledgement.

I’ll be removing the app until they get out of this beta stage. I suggest anyone using this for larger shops also do the same.

NowNow is really disappointing, the app is really clunky, not easy to find your product and always go back to main screen when trying to order from one specific superMarket. The suggested replacement products are not even a close match and every order I have made there is at least one to two products not available when I know for a fact that the supermarket has the product therefore my order is pointless as one of the necessity items is missing.
The whole app and service needs reviewing!

Very poor in handling customer complaint. I placed an order and received a wrong item, at first we were told to wait 4 hours to resolve the issue. Next thing, someone called and said they will replace the item, 3 drivers called in and wanted to get the wrong item without even sending the correct one. By the way, I already paid for the order. Just a hassle how things were handled, for an amount of 20ish dirhams for juice, took how many hours to resolved without even compensating the customer for the inconvenienced they have caused. It was a clear fault on their side. I mostly used apps for ordering online and byfar this is the worst I have dealt with specially in terms of resolving order issues. Very poor customer service!
