Only works on WiFi
I have the latest iOS on my iPhone 12pro 17.5.1 and can view all my cameras on my phone when connected to my WiFi at home but as soon as I’m out the house away from my WiFi I can’t view any cameras. Says connect fail. What’s the point of the app if you can only use it on the same WiFi network the cameras are connected to??
Waster of time and money
Waste of time and money does anyone know of a app that will work on iPhone XR. I got the camera set up for my dog when I’m out to keep an eye on him but I couldn’t connect when I was out. I got home to find that the was a fire in my kitchen. Faulty socket. I could of alerted someone if this WORKED

On the app you can’t sign in u can only local login it coming up email and password is invalidAnd also it isn’t sending Motion alert alerts to my email address but it’s receiving the test email
