- World Cab Meter calculates fares from the latest tariff for your city. It takes peak/off-peak rates and phone booking charges into consideration. Traffic is calculated on an approximation. It does not take toll fares into consideration. So, treat this as a guideline only.
- For best results, make sure you select Late Night in Rate section, for off peak trips.

Not as good as i thought..
I'm using a few websites for NY cab travel from one place to another which is a lot better - you can put in a POI and it will give 3 figures, average, with traffic of x amount and lowest price. This app has NONE of these features! When in a foreign country, how do i know how far POI A is to POI Z? I'd have to look it up, use data and it defeats the purpose of buying an app.
I'm sticking to my web apps and bookmarks. The app does what it says on the in but I just didn't find a use for it.
This app would be good if you know the approx distance. Afraid most wouldn't when they land in a city and want an estimate of the cab fare... Dev - could you include POI's and make this app like sites such as nyx.taxiwiz and taxifarefinder? IF this app is aimed at tourists, this info is needed.
EDIT: I can make a ratio and use my calculator and get more accurate fares as the app only displays KM. How about miles?! Include some POI's to calculate prices WITHOUT using data as that defats the point of using in another country. I'd re-review if this feature came to the app. Also, how about saving the trips so you don't have to re-calcuate them? That would be a killer feature.
EDIT2: The dev is updating this app a lot - kudos! Plus 1 star. But still none of the features mentioned above..
