How does Worcestershire on Demand work?
Worcestershire on Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle.
Using the Worcestershire on Demand app, input your address and we'll match you with a vehicle going your way. We'll pick you up on a nearby road and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit, our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making bus travel easier than ever before!
When can I travel?
Bromsgrove on Demand services are available from Monday to Saturday, 7am – 7pm.
How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking.

This will really help!
Bromsgrove train station is so out of the way and this bus will allow my sons to come to visit us by train, with the bus available for the final leg instead of an expensive Uber. Great!
Can’t delete personal information
I had to sign up to this app, with all my personal details, so that i could discover that it doesn’t cover the area that I live in. I then tried to delete the account so that my personal details weren’t being held. Almost two weeks later it is apparently still ‘trying’. The App Support sends you to the WCC Web site and there is no sign of any app support there either. Extremely poor
Fantastic service
1st time using BOD bus service absolutely amazing. We need more of this. Hope we can get more funding for people to utilise this service.
