Irritating when switching between dash and normal delivery
It does the job but it’s irritating when it switches between dash and later delivery for food just because 1 item is not available. If I’ve picked dash, then only show me products that are available. Still not quite a slick shopping experience, too many taps per product. Ux is still not great. Wish the dash app had not been combined with the Woolies app. Grocery shopping is a regular weekly occurrence, if not more frequently - I’m not looking for clothes when I’m buying groceries for the week.
I still pick 60sixty to do bulk shop and Woolies only for key items not at checkers, simply because the buying process is much better on 60sixty.
Handy app if you’re a frequent Woolies shopper
Very useful for regular Woolies shoppers.
Besides being able to do my grocery shop online, I also ditched my WRewards card and now just scan the virtual card at the tills when I’m in store.
Plus all my vouchers (including WCellar wine club vouchers!) are easily accessible to scan at the tills for discounts.
Also I can see the balance on my credit card easily.
The app covers pretty much everything I need.
Only gripe is that it could be a little bit faster to load... especially when getting credit card balance information.

Thanks very much for the feedback Ian. We agree, that credit card information is a little too slow and we are looking at it. We recently made some changes to make the My Accounts section more resilient and perhaps this has impacted performance slightly. Watch out for some major new features over the next few weeks. We will come back to you on that credit card load time.
Ordering or products in My Cart, My Lists, Past Orders
Generally not a bad app. My main criticism is as follows: your products for sale are listed by category so ‘My Cart’ (and ‘My Lists’, ‘Past Orders’) should be displayed by category. Example - if I order 3 different types of fruit and 5 types of veg, it would make life so much easier, when doing a final check before I pay, to be able to see these items together by category. I often build my list over a couple of days and don’t always remember what I’ve selected. With the various lists displayed by category I will be able to spot things that I’ve missed from my order quickly and will mean I don’t have to scroll through a huge long list to make sure I’ve added an item. I always forget things and this function will be a huge help and surely increase sales!
