Ratings and Reviews
Fairly useless. Broken
Online checkin didn't work. Just froze with a silly animation of bags loading in a machine.
Flight status feature didn't work. Just get a 404 message.
Obviously this is one of those lazy low-budget apps where they just put a wrapper on their website rather than bothering to actually write a proper app.

Can’t pay
Neither the app nor the website accepts payments from Uk/Europe I read a review from 5 years about someone else with this issue. Also in the case that you manage to pay they charge extra for paying with card - what company on this day and age does that ?
You’re losing a lot of money from the people in Europe that want to go to latam
Awful app
I’ve been trying to check in for nearly and hour, the app didn’t allow me to do so, had to do it on their website. There is no way to download to the wallet or even a pdf from the app. Totally pointless
