The app works well, fast and it is very readable.
Awful App - How is it so highly rated?!?
I’m really not sure how this app is currently rated 4.8 stars. It takes absolutely forever to load things, the form for claiming missing air miles doesn’t work and neither does adding extras on checking in, such as paying for seat selections. I think this is the first time I’ve ever written an app review - that’s how bad this app is in comparison to other airlines.
Insane
The prices are ridiculous! Why would sell your flights DIRECTLY for way more than you can buy them from a third party? Also, there is always a mismatch between the prices they say they will start at and the actual prices below. How this app gets such a high score is mind boggling. I suspect trickery. It’s terrible.
