Subscription Terms & Conditions
We offer two auto-renewing subscription plans: Supporter Monthly ($5.99), and Supporter Yearly ($42.99), charged either on a monthly or a yearly basis, respectively. Both give you access to the same premium features. Pricing per country may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple ID account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You can manage your subscription and cancel it at any time via your Apple ID subscriptions in the settings of your device.

An excellent way to progress, and keep track
I’ve been a longtime user of this app, and a subscriber since they changed the subscription trial policy. I really like the new look and functionality of the app, and consider it great value for money. I also like that they are continually improving the stability, functionality and UI.
I’m also a fan of the badges system - it’s a great reward incentive to keep up a regular practice.
I have accumulated over 7 hours of breath retention time, I’m now in the “custom” timer part of the 20 day cold shower challenge, with a time of 3.75 minutes. It’s taken me 6 months of repeatedly completing the challenge at progressively higher levels to get here. My breath-hold has increased from less than a minute to over two minutes on my best round.
I like the fact that I can see actual concrete gains in all aspects of my Hoffer training, and really appreciate the ability to track this progress with the app. I particularly enjoy putting the three different colour markers onto each day of my calendar - if I get all three in a day: breath hold, physical exercise and cold shower, then I know it’s been a good day.

A good little app that needs work
I think it’s a little expensive first off but I gave up smoking recently so I decided I would bite the bullet and invest in my health what I would usually spend on tobacco.
The save a note never works for me. I’ve written several really thoughtful notes I was hoping to be able to come back to but it doesn’t work.
I don’t want to share with my friends who are not into this but would love to share with this community the app keeps banging on about. Would be a real worthwhile investment if you had access to a chat or forum function of some sort where you could see other people doing the same work as you and achieving their goals. If this function exists and I just can’t see it then I’m sorry and I’m happy to revisit this review.
I love the talks. I’m not in love with the exercises but I’ll get on with them anyway.
The breathing bubble is lots of fun and I love the various prompts! … makes me feel like Wim is there with me. However there’s lots of problems that leave me disappointed when it comes to not being able to properly see the challenge I’m on on the home page, not properly understanding the difference between the challenge I’m on and the one being presented to me on the home page — like, is that asking me to join or to continue??
Overall it’s okay but for the price it should be much better.

We are aware that the 'save the note' button in Wim's Challenges needs improvement, hence we are working on adding the fix as soon as possible. We are hoping to redesign the challenges in the future for the best user experience!

Deep cleans
What’s not to love?
You dig deep into your mind and body by “just” Wim's breathing technique and exercises. And of course with the cold showers.
The app is easy to manoeuvre. It’s clear and clean. It tracks your progress without dictating what and when you should do it. It’s there as a help tool, with Wim’s kind and encouraging words throughout.
In the free version you get enough to start and if you don’t want to spend the full amount to get the last info - so be it.
I’m a bit smitten 😳❤️ so I have the book, the audio and the 10 weeks fundamental course. But a great start is just this app.
What do I like the most?
In stead of writing down your breathing retention- you click on the timer here that logs it. You can log the push-ups and follow the progress. On the paid version you see loads more - your choice.
I really like it and do it every morning.
Still struggle with the cold 🥶 showers.
But chunking it down and taking one little step at the time.
The breathing really helps with mental blocking and improves your walking and running times!
