Not Reliable

I have experienced a similar problem to others in that this app is not reliable. For no apparent reason it suddenly won’t load properly and directs you to a Salesforce Page where you can’t log on properly. Tgen when you resort to ‘forgot password’ no email is sent to you to enable you to logon that way. I tried 3 times to logon, having turned my iphone off and on again and yes I did check my junk folder. Also, not able to make any contact with anyone for help so have resorted to writing this review.
Sort it out please!

Recurring problems with app not working

Ever since signing up to the app it randomly decides to stop working taking me to a sales force page. Previously I have ended up paying more for my coffee as have been unable to use the app. More recently I have seen that I can remove the app and then add it again (10 minutes at the till messing about doing this each time). I thought it was a problem on my phone but here I see lots of comments from other people with exactly the same problem?!!! Seriously coffee club, what’s the issue? Why are you promoting an inept app. There is clearly a functioning issue that I do not experience with any other app and just yours. Sort it out!

Great concept. Terrible, glitchy app.

I've lost count of the amount of times that I have had to delete and reinstall this app in order to use it. It will be working fine, then suddenly log you out, and take you to a different interface called 'salesforce' which doesn't correlate to your log in. So, the only thing left to do, is to delete and reinstall. It's glitchy, slow and infuriating. The only reason that I keep going is there is no other alternative. Beware!!
