Place an order on the app and we will come pickup your laundry and deliver it all clean to your doorstep. Your clothes are in safe hands. Our 45,000 ft² facility is the biggest in UAE and it is powered by some of the world's best machines and technologies. They’re all designed to clean, sanitize, and minimize fabric strain while maximizing water and energy efficiency in benefit of the environment.


HOW IT WORKS


When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need:
• The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item.
• For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item.
• The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag!
• The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 85 per bag!


For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup.


On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We’ll make sure your items are well-taken care of and your instructions are followed.

Missing clothes and poor customer service

My clothes were left at the wrong apartment door and it wasn’t until the next morning I found this out. When I contacted Washmen I was informed they couldn’t look into it until the evening, meaning my clothes were left a full day hanging on someone else’s door as I was at work. I followed up three times and had no response after this so when returning from work I had to go and track my clothes down which luckily were still there. It’s was 3 designer dresses, bedding and a top. Really disappointed and dissatisfied with the attitude of customer service and lack of response. I had used wash man for around 2 years and had a good service and entrusted Washmen with my clothing but recently the customer service has changed and now I’m reluctant to use in case my items go missing again and I have the same attitude.

The final piece of the service jigsaw is missing.

I’ve been using Washmen for several years now. Mainly because I travel a lot and I don’t have too much free time to wash and iron. I have always found the overall experience to be good. The app is easy to use and I pay by Apple Pay so there is no need to worry about entering credit card details. My clothes have always been collected in the time slots allocated and it’s the same when they are returned. The clothes smell fresh when returned. But, despite paying for pressing the clothes have over the last 6 months been returned so creased that I have to iron them again myself. I have made Washmen aware of this on several occasions via live chat on the app and I just get a standard response - we’re sorry and we’ll pass your comments to our Operations Team. This week, I unpacked my washing in front of the driver and yep, all shirts looked awful. I asked the driver why and he said his van is so full of clothes they are so tightly packed. I went to look at his van and I was shocked to see how many clothes were in it. So many clothes you could not seperate them with your fingers.
So, no more Washmen for me. Why pay for a service when that service isn’t delivered. It’s a shame really as the set up is great and so easy to use. But, if the final product isn’t there, I’ll go elsewhere.

Hi Ian,

We apologize for the poor experience you had. The challenges imposed on our logistics during the early days of COVID limited our ability to maintain the same number of vehicles on the road. It required that we re-design our operations in a way to complete orders. This was especially the case in the early days of COVID during March and April. We have since bolstered our fleet, and limit the number of deliveries each driver can complete per day.

Service received

Hi just wanted to say the outstanding service I received from Washmen, I asked for two duvets to be cleaned, picked up at my door and returned. I didn’t have their bags and they sorted for me. Then they updated me with where they were with my washing. Also they helped me get the best price for my items, gave me a promotion I might have not been entitled for. Delivered as requested right on time and also let me know. When WhatsApp them couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Outstanding and 5* service. Thanks
