Not fit for purpose
Whenever I have made purchases, this is not not acknowledged and the service is not completed despite the amount being charged. Going through customer service also is a waste of time, as they are outsourced and agents do not respond at all, while the chat bot is unable to understand questions asked.
On top of this, outstanding amounts on the app rarely reflects the actual pending amount.
Extremely poor and amateur made overall.
