Simple visitor parking without the hassle of scratch cards or paper permits.
This app is only for use on dedicated schemes, you will receive notification prior to implementation. So how does it work? Once your profile has been registered with your tenancy details, simply enter your visitors vehicle registration to begin the parking session. Parking is on a first come, serve basis in accordance with the signage within your car park and booking is advised or arrival only. View your parking session in real-time with the ability to purchase additional parking hours (scheme dependent). Enjoy the flexibility to pause parking sessions with notifications to inform the user of their live session. Very basic
I had to download this app as where I live is now permit parking only. It works ok but very annoying you can’t save peoples car reg/name, rather than having to put it in every time. It would also be good if there was a way to set a reminder to end the session as I’m quite a forgetful person, so having a notification option at maybe 30 min intervals would be a really good idea, as I’m sure people would’ve forgotten to end their sessions like I almost did yesterday!
Pretty useless
I rarely write reviews but I have to say I did everything as instructed just to find I still can’t log in. Called support and they ask you to send an email to another team but can’t tell when you’ll hear back. Been 8 days since I registered, it shouldn’t be this difficult or inconvenient to get into the app.

One star is too many! APPALLING!
I tried numerous times - don’t ask, too many! - to register on this APP. Each time I pressed ‘OPEN’ a non - operable ‘sticky’ page appeared, entitled ‘What documents are accepted’ ‘You will need....etc. Proof of I. D..... below which there is a green box with ‘OK’ in white. Clicking on this does nothing. There is no exit from this page. I worry for PCM, the parking management company who employ this faulty App. Mind boggling lay bad.
