The app is easy to use, has all the relevant features to hand and makes flying much easier
Seat selection
My agent already booked us on seats 6a and b bu when checking in I am pushed to selecting other seats which is a bit irritating
Frustrating app
Does not show points or status credits accurately. Always errors when trying to use the app to check-in. Would be a much more useful tool if it functioned correctly
