Super TV System
Just got my new TV and was wary about the name, not well known but a Google eased my worries as positive reviews were there. Once set up I was very impressed with the speed of switching between programmes. The picture quality is superb and the Alexa capability is a hoot. I am pleased with the TV and I hope it will continue to perform as it is at the moment. Thank you Hisense.
Need help
At first it was great and awesome, but it’s annoying that I cannot use my normal controller at the same time, because sometimes my mobile does not always work.
I uninstalled the app, because it wasn’t connecting and was hoping that I could start using my controller, but my mobile still won’t find my tv, and the controller doesn’t work to allow me to get to settings. I am very annoyed at technology. It is not something that could entirely be helped and obviously was partially my fault, but in order for me to search for help I need to be logged in and I can’t be logged in, until my mobile is connected to my tv. It a vicious cycle and it’s keeping me up, while trying to think of things to do.

can’t go on my tv
i was trying to use my controller but it wasn’t working i even changed the batteries, i downloaded this app so that i could use it and it wasn’t working at first but now it’s not connecting to my tv and so i can’t use it. I do think that the tv and app is good but it’s quite annoying that i can’t use my tv unless it connects to the app i redownloaded it and all but it still won’t connect.
