Description
A Magyar Turisztikai Ügynökség ingyenesen biztosítja a VENDÉGEM Szállás szálláshelykezelő mobilalkalmazást a legfeljebb 8 szobával és 16 férőhellyel rendelkező szálláshelyek részére, amelyet a Nemzeti Turisztikai Adatszolgáltató Központba (NTAK) regisztrálnak. A mobilalkalmazásban a szálláshely teljeskörű adminisztrációja elvégezhető, minden foglalás előre rögzíthető, a vendégek szobaszámláihoz a szállásdíjon kívüli egyéb költések is feljegyezhetőek. A mobilalkalmazásban okmányolvasó modul is található, amivel a szállásadók és a vendégek is be tudják olvasni az okmányok adatait, és az NTAK adatszolgáltatást is automatikusan teljesíti.

App does not work at all
This is a mess! You cannot select a DOB, the scanner doesn’t work and the nationality is in Hungarian even when you select English. A real disaster, avoid using!

Needs Improvement
The app needs a little improvement with the UI and functionality. Like what the other reviews mentioned, some words/phrases are still in Hungarian even if you select English. There are also lots of questions on personal details but not necessarily needs to be completely filled out so its good if it states or puts an asterisk for the required information only.

Rubbish
As per other reviews - some of the app is in Hungarian when you select language and you can’t add DOB, so you can’t proceed with application.

In VENDÉGEM SZÁLLÁS it is possible to record any birth year not less than 1900. If you experience any malfunction, please contact our customer service at turisztika@1818.hu or 06 1 550 1855, available 0-24 hours. In case of a written report, we recommend that you attach a screenshot of the phenomenon, with an accurate error message, in order to speed up the troubleshooting.
