V380 Pro 4+

Ive got 5 of these external cameras over 2 houses and they all work very well. I get the “connecting” prompt quite frequently but a few seconds later the cameras have connected, so not a major issue. The UI is very intuitive and despite a lot of 1 star reviews, I believe this is because users don’t fully understand how to use the cameras and the software. (They think they do). My only real criticism is that you cannot log into the cameras on multiple devices at the same time (although I have found a way around this (sorry developers!)…Dont let the negative reviews put you off buying, they are really good.

Awesome product and good app. However, after using this for 2 months now, although I have set the camera motion detection alarm and area. I get hundreds of notifications a day. When I check the notifications there is nothing there. From my experience the cameras which are inside, work perfectly. But if you put the cameras outside in a porch, it send notifications like crazy, although nobody has come into the motion detection area. From my experience every time any kind of vehicle goes past my house, which is not in the motion detection visible area, it still sends notifications. This is an awesome app if you are going to put it inside a house, but outside is another story. I bought 4 of these cameras, and from my research, I removed the mic on the circuit board and have now rendered the whole camera useless. (These were cheap cameras anyway) But I still have 3 more. my issue is that I get hundreds of these notifications, and I now ignore them. But I should not have to do that. Because I’m doing that, I’m afraid that I might get burgled and have ignored that notification, as I cannot check every notification as there’s loads of them. I should only get notifications if a human being comes into that area only. If and when this issue is resolved. I willchange my review. Please update the app and let’s see. Otherwise these are going in the bin.

The fact you still have to give one star to review this absolute joke of a provider of CCTV software where do I start well Every month there is an update for adverts. They’re more interested in taking data from your phone and your home Wi-Fi than they are giving you hassle free camera footage. Every time I try to login to view my camera, it takes me 15 to 20 minutes fails connection have to keep reconnecting 35 minutes later you can view what you were trying to view in the first place after you’ve gone through all the adverts absolutely disgraceful. Stop using cameras to access peoples Wi-Fi as my home broadband informed me what you were doing and I’ve also blocked you from doing what you have been trying to do, and I bet you any money this does not get shown

After all you pay for the camera stick in a memory card I do not require anything else from use. Stop doing continuous updates that steal my data. The camera works really well without your input without your slice software updates hacking phones and crashing network systems. If you continue to persist I’m gonna return the favour after all it’s only an IP address.
