Unlock with phone
Hugely disappointed in this very expensive solution to having a keypad and access control for our front gates. Having to take out a phone and open an app in order to simply unlock the gates is beyond “cumbersome” It renders the functionality pointless.

Hi, we have recently released the Mobile Tap feature for the Identity Endpoint. This feature enables you to tap your phone near the reader, which triggers a notification. By tapping on the notification, you can confirm the unlock. We are also working on optimizing this so it can be more seamless in the future. Make sure to always keep your devices, UniFi Access Application, and Identity Endpoints updated to the latest version.
Cannot Remove🤬
This is a frustrating application. Downloaded for a friend so I could set up their access point. Never actually used it but now it will NOT delete from my device! Not happy to say the least.

Hi, if you are unable to delete an app from your iPhone, we recommend reaching out to Apple for assistance, as the issue may be related to iOS. App management is controlled by the iOS system, and the app itself does not have the capability to prevent deletion.
Additionally, please note that the Identity Endpoint mobile app is designed for end users to connect to Identity WiFi/VPN or utilize the Identity Mobile Unlock feature. In contrast, the UniFi mobile app is used for setting up UniFi Access Points.
Mobile unlock is clunky
Desperately needs touch to unlock or apple wallet style unlocking without having to open app
