It's free to play in "The Big League". In addition to this league, there is a "Pro League" with a subscription service.
Subscription service conditions:
• The cost for the optional "Pro League" is £1.79 for 1 month.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Best word game around
Since the loss of King's Alphabetty this is now the best word game around. I especially enjoy the league but have one little niggle: Some players are not playing fair and stop playing if they are losing to prevent relegation. This is very annoying. Example: So I have one win and 4 losses, she has one win and two losses. I am currently winning against her, but she refuses to finish the game, so I will be relegated instead of her. If we finished the game I would move ahead of her in the league and she would be relegated. It would be good if the game could penalise such cheating by awarding a win to the player with the highest score at the end of the week in matches that did not complete.
DC
Great game, but Won't let me upgrade which is a bit annoying. Has anyone else had this problem ? I am in the league and it has declared that I have lost every game even though there are many tiles and words left. Very strange. I believe it is something to do with the upgrades which it won't let me do. If I delete the app and reinstall it will loose 4 years of history. Help!
My most played game, however...
Been playing this for over three years now. Super addictive for word game addicts, with leagues to battle in as well as personal duels with people you can invite. It’s simple but brilliant. However - since the new update I’ve a huge problem. On my new iPhone 7, I can no longer log in through Game Center! Which means I’ve lost three years of stats, my league as well as some dear friends I’ve found through this game! I’m a bit lost now and unsure what to do as I don’t want to start again and would love to somehow contact my old wordy friends. Help developers! I’ve Tweeted you with no response...🙁
