No refunds offered and no trial

Be aware there are no refunds given and you can’t try any on the games before commuting to purchase. And they automatically sign you up for a recurring payment which you have to email to get out of and it takes a while for anyone to get back to you.

You have to put your phone somewhere it can see your feet which turns out to be tricky. Then when you have rearranged all your furniture to get it to work each game lasts a very short amount of time so you can’t really get into it. The games aren’t addictive at all so it’s just less effective workout than going to the gym.

I’d get a refund if I could.

great app but needs more

Really enjoying this app so far

However, the subscription fee feels a bit steep considering the limited exercise library and lack of customization options A free tier with a limited number of exercises per subtitle and additional features accessible for subscribers could attract more users and incentivize upgrades.

Additionally, expanding the exercise library and offering more adjustments for difficulty and intensity would greatly enhance the app's value and catering to diverse fitness levels.

Improvements like these would solidify the app as a top contender in the fitness app market. Overall, I'm still optimistic and excited to see where the app goes

Misleading payment plan

I paid for one month and it did not suggest this was for an ongoing subscription (as every other subscription app would do). Today a second payment came out that I did not agree to, and it is one that cannot be cancelled through the App Store, which again, most app subs can be. It doesn’t show as a direct debit or standing order in my banking app so I can’t cancel it there, though if I don’t get a response from Tuby to my email asking to cancel, I will certainly be following it up through the bank. Do not sign up unless you definitely intend to use this long term. It is not easy to use and it’s not engaging.
