Love the game but don’t like to pay to progress

I love the game and think it it really cool. It has me addicted but there is 2 problems. The first is having to pay for points to progress in the game. I understand paying for points to unlock extras or to progress faster would be good but not being able to progress at all after a certain point at all unless you pay for points is the part I don’t like. I do hope it gets sorted soon as I can see I’m not the 1st person who has said this and is the sort of thing that would stop me playing the game.

The second point is I live in Northampton in the Uk and with a population with nearly 250k people I was surprised as it’s on a main route but of course not that important just would have been nice deffo seeing Wellingborough has one and Northampton doesn’t seems a little silly 😂

Hopefully the first problem gets sorted and if so I will change my review and rate 5*

Great game but forces you to spend money to progress

I really enjoy this game, but the limitation of needing to spend real money for points/in-game currency is quite frustrating.

The game is a challenge, and I love that, but can you not give players another challenge to use in-game currency to purchase points and progress?

Even if you built in ads within that specific feature, I feel like you would create a game that helps challenge the inner capitalist for train lovers.

I would give this game 5 stars, but knowing that I have to spend money feels almost like cheating. Let me build my monopoly without external influences.

*Or just charge separately for points without selling customers the in-game currency. At least that way I can add on freight options, start international stations and increase my fuel/spot depots without feeling like I’ve been given a silver platter and cheated with extra funds. It’s part of the realism aspect and being able to cheat just ruins that.
