As a serving emergency response worker this is one of the better games on the market the only thing I would suggest is when you get the opportunity to pick up a call actually some conversation multiple choice optional replies in order to “grade” the job.
But other than that outstanding game, I’m addicted.

Fun but frustratingly slow!
I’ve been playing this game for a while now and whilst it’s fun and the graphics are great in that you can choose your location to play in, making the roads recognisable, it is starting to become quite frustrating in how hard it is to get green tokens in order to progress.
I have 93 blue, just 10 green, 31 yellow and 32 red and it is sooo hard to get the last 2 green tokens I need to buy a new depot.
You need 850 emeralds to buy just one blue, green and yellow token, that’s just crazy!
Please do something to make it easier and more even as to which colour emeralds you are awarded for completing tasks. I’m afraid the progress is so slow I am near to deleting the game and I don’t want to do that. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. I will forward it to the development team. There are several ways to get certificates. Via the login bonus, the priority challenge, as rewards for achievements, as mission rewards, as rewards for daily and weekly tasks and as league rewards.
Games great but recent update caused error
I love playing this game but since the latest update, I am unable to open the game at all and it just stays on the loading screen. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still not getting past the load screen. Disappointed as I was about 2 and a half weeks into the daily rewards but now I’m missing out due to this error. Hope admin can get IT to sort out this problem.
