This game is good but I agree it needs improvements

First of all this game is amazing but exploration in this game is almost impossible lvl 32 just to get the grapple hook??!! U should probably change it to all levels before it gets out of hand number 2 remove quick chat I can barely talk to anyone this is so annoying as I’m trying to help people and talk to them now people think I’m 60 number 3 why is it that I’m trying to customise my character and it says oh Um it’s so ugly choose another hair style no one cares about what u think about my avatar so please remove that number 4 why do the characters in the picture look so good but in reality their not as u think they’d look please change them to look better and last of all In the starting scene why do they characters look so stretched looks like no effort was put into this game for the starting scene please add some music and make them not look as stretched btw please make it so the game doesn’t crash 24/7 it’s really annoying and when I’m trying to do tasks boom! I’m kicked out so please fix that overall the game is amazing Ty for reading bye!

Half my iPads storage eaten up…

I initially tried playing around launch earlier this year however there where numerous major bugs that made the game near unplayable such as crashes, freezing, fps drops etc and not even being able to pass the tutorial without the game…yep…you guessed it, crashing… 4 months later, I tried to download it again only to remember the most irritating problem of them all which ironically has nothing to do with the game running well or not and that’s actually being able to play said game because of the absurd amount of required storage space required to play…

Now, I don’t claim to know all the details correlated to making a game for mobile on this scale. I can guess it’s not easy and the superiors of the company probably where relying on people having high end mobile devices capable of storing a lot of stuff, but iam afraid those of us less fortunate where neglected if that’s the case and it’s extremely disappointing to not be able to play for that reason. Perhaps they will attempt to compact the games data in the future in a more viable way to prevent it taking up so much space for smaller devices. Either way, they will loose players for this reason alone.

Until all the major underlying issues are resolved and that includes the storage requirements i iam reluctant to give this “what could have been a great game for me” a 1 star. Yep, it’s a cruel world ay…But I wish the devs and creators of the game the best of luck regardless.

To glitchy and a big issue

So I’ve played for a few hours now and before I downloaded the game I look at reviews on the game. When I logged on everything was fine. The graphics were fine and it was a little laggy. I went to the preset menu to adjust my character and that had no problems to. When I went on the story was amazing and I liked the tutorial. The voice actors were amazing aswell. However after 10-15 minutes after I was playing, I got logged of for some reason. I logged onto the game again and everything was fine. But when I tapped the screen the game crashed. I tried again. Crashed. Tried a second time. Crashed. Please fix this. I’ve seen many people complain about this and all you say is go to customer service. No one should need to do that and no one should need to make a brand new account or get a new device for a game. This is a major issue and I think a lot of people have complained about this. You should not need to go to customer service because if the devs don’t do anything then it’s a waste of time that you could have used playing Honkai or Roblox or even Genshin! Yet even after the complaints not even a slight change to the game has been made. It’s laggy, glitchy and I though it was gonna be good. Wrong. Please make adjustments. Thanks.
