As the OG in fast-casual, born in Colorado, we’ve been delivering damn good and damn clean eats for years—using nutritious and clean ingredients topped with big flavors. From build-your-own rice and noodle bowls to sushi and poke, every dish is crafted to be healthy, fast, and totally customizable. Our fearless, no-nonsense vibe keeps things fresh, fun, and energizing—so you can fuel up your way, feel great, and stay part of our tribe.
We are committed to a menu with great nutritional integrity and believe strongly that when you EAT GOOD, you FEEL GOOD. Our protein is all natural. Most of our seafood is wild, and we are organic whenever possible. No greasy woks or deep fryers will be found here...grilling or steaming is how we cook your meal. Our aim is to always be respectful to your wallet & your time, without compromising quality and service. The goal is to have you feeling revived, refueled and reenergized.
