I usually use the one in Poole Dorset and had made a good reputation with the staff till Covid took its own out on the food industry, although I had gone back a year or so after COVID-19 when most of the staff had to find work elsewhere, mind you the reception was still good with one of the remaining staff left who was the supervisor and we had a great evening talking none covid but I did miss one of a couple that I had a great soft spot for and was told they both moved to another restaurant nearer Poole but forgot the name of it? Silly me? But maybe the supervisor could if still there help me find them, sure his name was Mike. A
anyway we would have given them 20 out of 20 for excellence in service, helpfulness and all other services fitting to make our holiday so pleasant and food wise top marks too but also met many stars, one, in particular, Jacob Woods who was on panto in Poole or Bournemouth but again lost contact there too, signed the Edwards Brothers from Brighton in wheelchairs xxx Hardly aged a bit,,,lol

Visited the Toby carvery at Denby dale road today. It was really busy which is always a good sign as I like my food HOT well I wasn’t disappointed, even better my plate was HOT. front of house was really nice and soon took us to a table for 4 . and handed us over to Tom, a very nice young man, the carver was busy cleaning round the dishes of food and the meat plates, I also heard front of house lady ask him to tell someone to sweep where customers queue, top marks for her. at the table behind us after finishing his food a young man started vaping . not acceptable, however he was spotted quickly by a member of staff , a senior member of management spoke to him politely telling him there was a designated are outside, top marks all round from our Table. Food was delicious especially my favourite veggie bake .

Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was wonderfully and they taken good steps two keep social distance 😱🥰 can’t complain at all about them. Made us feel safe and friendly welcoming. Had to add extra person two are booking and they did it quick and had 0 issues. Unlike over places where when u get there they just didn’t listen. So glad to be able to go have meal out after this lock down. Thank you all the staff for lovely experience and great app and service 💗💗
