Night away
What a great greeting we had today Katie was an absolute star nothing too much trouble. A credit to all bar one. Food great madri nice even a free cocktail just by having the app , perfect.
Great app but needs improving
Great app and easy to use but needs the option to make changes to an order. I ordered a burger but was unable to remove the likes of tomatoes or gherkins or the burger sauce. For a group of us who have different taste it would be a lot easier to do this via an option in the app rather than trying to grab someone’s attention and explain after I’ve put the order in. Apart from that the app runs fine and easy to use.
Instructions unclear, ordered food to wrong restaurant
This app wants Bluetooth (why?) notifications (why?) and location (to find your restaurant). But because of the other accesses it wants that it doesn’t need I said “no” to location and then ordered food to “our table” in another All Bar One with a similar street address. The staff fixed it but it wasn’t ideal.
Also there was a lunch deal on the paper menu you couldn’t get in the app.
Needs to have a notes section because there aren’t staff doing the rounds as usual so if you do have allergies you have to go into the bar to order.
