Amazing progress

My 9 year old who has learning difficulties uses this app daily.
She loves the simple tasks and has progressed to the harder ones over time.
The social skill games are brilliant and as my daughter has autism she struggles with this area. Since using the app for the past few months her language has improved so much and her social skills have come on. She is asking questions for the first time and we are thrilled with her progress. At first I thought the price for the premium app was a lot, but the amount she uses it is worth it.
Thanks Tiny Tap! We would recommend this for younger kids and kids with SEN.

Took money for a subscription I cancelled

The app took money for a subscription I cancelled. Contacted support and was told I would receive a refund returned back after 110 days of. It receiving again reassure it would be processed and give it another 5 again nothing contacted again to be told to give it a few days to them be looked out of the app. Logged back in for the chat to have gone and no be told that the app does not issue refunds though I have screen shots stating otherwise and now a cancelled subscript actually shows as active without my consent. My daughter didn’t like the app which was why I cancelled the subscription which was supposed to be free for 7 days!

$60 is a lot for a children’s app that doesn’t offer what is expected!

I would like my refund as promised and stated via the in app chat!

Disappointed - execution not great

Considering the price I expected an app that was finished to perfection. The user interface is terrible and there are unnecessary screens and illogical actions (clicking an arrow once for the button ‘next’ to appreciate so you can click that to go to the next screen-in the section for 2-3 year olds!!!!). Some of the stories had such terrible voice overs I actually waited for the punchline. The games shut down at random and obviously have some serious bug issues. All in all I was completely underwhelmed and incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Would have happily spent the money for the product that is heavily advertised but did not find that to be the product we received. Great concept. Terrible execution. Needs serious finessing.
