TAG Heuer Connected 4+

The watch itself is stunning and for the most part it woks as you’d expect. However there are a few issues with simple tasks like updating software etc. the updates are shown available and when clicked are stuck forever “pending”.
I’m on day 2 of waiting to update the software and apps and there appears now way of actually finishing the updates. I’ve tried restarting the watch, restarting the phone apps and nothing. It’s a shame because as a smart watch this doesn’t seem to “smart”.

Hello, thank you for sharing your comment. When doing updates, you need to be connected to Wifi (WearOS has allowed lately to go on the PlayStore with Bluetooth only, but it is really not optimum to download updates as it takes longer). Also, we recommend that you activate automatic updates (PlayStore > Settings), like that when your watch is connected to Wifi and on charge, your apps will be updated automatically. Have a good day!

I’ve read many of the reviews and most mention about the depth of detail and also the amount of faces. I think for the brand the face range is limited. They’re should be far more faces being developed and far more being offered in updates for the amount the watch costs. Why don’t you release a Monaco face Gulf etc or more that are in tune with 2021?? The appearance makes the watch so I would definitely focus on this area.

This application just doesn’t work. Finally got my dream watch and it worked for 5 days. Prompted me to update the watch and now I can’t get past the pairing screen as the application won’t pair with my phone. I wish I’d read some of these reviews before my purchase as spending the last 2 nights trying to solve this has been horrendous
