Problem importing devices into Sony Support app
I have been trying to import devices into the Sony Support app! but I keep getting “we can’t find your page” every time I log into my Sony account ! I lost count of how many times I tried! I totally Give Up!
This app could’ve been helpful but alas it doesn’t work as it should grrrr😡
Ps: if you provide me with an email address, I’ll send you a screenshot of the message I keep getting every time I try to import devices from my Sony account! If you wish to help that is!!
Badly designed
While this app is useful for critical information about device updates it suffers from several annoying design faults. First it is knows my devices but still pushes notifications about devices I have never owned. Then it often posts duplicate notices unnecessarily. Finally it’s impossible to clear past notifications so you end up with a long, often irrelevant list of notifications. I’m surprised Sony puts this poor design out to accompany its excellent devices!
Provides notifications of firmware updates
Allows me to search for my Sony devices, record each device in the app by a simple selection, receive notifications of changes and updates, and download firmware updates directly.
