SuperLive Plus 4+

It’s alright, but it would be nice if it let you stay in superior definition/main stream even if it stops it due to it being slow. The amount of times I’ve been trying to find something that’s happening/happened and I give up because I can’t be bothered constantly pressing superior definition/mainstream, and zooming in to where I need to be looking at, then it changes back and zooms back out every 15 seconds and then I have to do it all again, and again and again. It’s annoying if you’re trying to watch something that happened for a whole 10 minutes and you’re constant having to do that. It would be 100 times better if it would just stay on the quality that you pick, even if it does make it slow for you.

Have been using SuperLive for about 8 years mostly for real time viewing of our winter home in Thailand. We had a major problem at one time with 'device offline' messages. No help from anyone but finally resolved using a mechanical timer to reboot our cctv control box once a day. I recall in the early days playback was messy but it didn't really matter to me then. However, I recently needed to review something and when going into playback mode I repeatedly got the 'no data' message. Real time viewing still okay. I have searched all over and could not find find anything indicting this developer wants any real contact with pesky customers. Lots of apps going this way. So, that's where I am at, still using real-time **** but with no instruction manual *** and no playback it has to be *. All very sad, just wish I could pay a modest amount for something that really works 100%. I do wish the developer would find time to respond to the more sensible reviews on here. I get that more often than not problems relate to cameras, wiring, control boxes which this app obviously has no control over. Maybe my 'no data' issue has nothing to do with the app. If so, I would like to be told that and given a few pointers.

Great bit of kit. Three annoying niggles: 1) sometimes there is a delay when accessing camera’s 2) sometimes there can be a delay in receiving live pictures and the timeline appears to be out of sinc (ie - time of video does not correlate to actual time events) 3) insects flying in front of cameras cause wasted time when searching through history. First year - 1) I have now just lost one of the four cctv camera screens on the app. Has now been corrected by the electrician. After reinstatement of the one missing screen, we have now lost two of four cctv camera screens on the app. Re-visit by electrician and four screens back online. Unfortunately, one week later and this time we have lost three screens! One screen lost a couple of days ago. Second year - 2) Electrician reinstates four screens in the correct order. Again, we have now lost two screens. This is becoming a bit of a chore! Now lost colour in one of the remaining two screens. Electrician informed me he would be contacting manufacturers.
Electrician GES Digital Ltd returned and managed to get all four screens back on line.
However, after a couple of weeks we have lost one screen again.
