Summer is the dating app for people who actually want to go on dates. Instead of chatting endlessly and never meeting up, on Summer you only have 25 messages per match to make a move or move on.

Limited messages
When you get a new match on Summer, the two of you have 25 messages total to see if you hit it off! Remember…conversations on dating apps shouldn’t last forever, so plan a date before it’s too late.

Locked Chats
Once you’re out of messages with a match, the chat will lock. We are serious when we say we want you to actually meet in-person. Summer is for dating, not pen pals!

Explore page
Instead of forcing you to say yes or no to every profile, Summer shows you a bunch of profiles all at once so you can pick who catches your eye.

Nearby
The people on your Summer explore page are nearby and recently active. No more worrying about matching with profiles that don’t actively use the app.

I’ve recently registered seems ok but I found you can’t change the distance to where people are in relation to where you are. Would be better to have a distance selector like the age selector so you get a local selection rather than a global selection.

Logged out, account deleted, access to photos

First time I’ve ever downloaded a dating app. It wouldn’t allow me to create an account with any other email than my first iCloud email. Will say this it’s easy to use, like, chat refresh and repeat. However there’s no point chatting because come back the next day to find your account has been logged out and deleted. Click the iCloud button to sign in and it sets me off creating a new account. This app wants you to buy stuff as well won’t even allow you to create a password and logs you off after 24 hours that’s not right.
It has access to you photos, you can’t disable access, it didn’t even ask permission to access photos it’s just given it and has it permanently. That’s a problem.

First time on dating app and last time. Wouldn’t recommend. Just allow creation of account with a password so you can clearly log off and back on. Be able to disable access to photos.

Do yourself a favour and don’t download.

Kicked me out

All was fine for the first day or so on the app everything was going fine. Log in was fine and swiping was fine till I woke up this morning and saw I was kicked out . I tried making another account but the photos I had chosen were not showing up when I add them to the 6 profile picture even though I selected the ones I wanted and confirmed them
