Glad to have it back
I already purchased this app a long time ago, then it vanished for years.
Then it returned, along with a cluster of horrible adverts that I now need to pay to remove, regardless of the fact I already purchased this app previously. Along with the ads is a horrible third party style redesign with ugly buttons and clashing design menu systems.
I then pay to remove ads, and it confirms “removed all NON-SEGA ads!”
What a joke!
With the buttons on 1.5 enlargement the game is smooth to play, for myself at least anyway, glad to have it on the phone again anyway.
Please add Game Gear counterparts
It’s great that Sega classics are coming to iOS, I really hope that some Game Gear titles will be available soon.
I think that the best way to bring the Game Gear titles to iOS is if they were included with their Mega Drive counterparts (Mega Drive games which have a Game Gear counterpart that is).
E.g. The Mega Drive version of Streets of Rage could include the Game Gear version of Streets of Rage and the Mega Drive version of Dynamite Headdy could include the Game Gear version of Dynamite Headdy, etc etc.
Think about it, that would be the best way to bring the Game Gear titles to iOS.
I really hope that Sonic 3 and Knuckles Remastered will happen, that would be a dream come true!!!!!
Also I really hope that Sonic Chaos and Sonic Triple Trouble will be available for iOS as part of the Sega Forever Collection, they are the best handheld Sonic Games IMO.
Also it would be fantastic if Knuckles Chaotix was part of the Sega Forever Collection aswell, especially since it’s the only game worth owning the Sega 32X.
Please Sega make it happen!!!!
Keep up the good work!!!!!
Not paying again!
Bought this app many years ago being a mega swag fan. Unfortunately had to delete as I kept running out of memory and couldn’t afford a new phone. Fast forward the years I’ve been able to upgrade to an iPhone with bigger memory so I downloaded all of the old games I had previously bought. I start playing this one and it tells me I need to pay £1.99 for the Ad free version and local save. I see a ‘restore purchase’ button and think it’s all good as I bought this app before so should be able to restore. Low and behold no purchases found! What a joke. But I was able to download this again by going into ‘my purchases’ on the App Store. I’ll give it a miss and live without it on my phone and stick to my travel sega to play it now!
