Fantastic easy and gets you there :)
Iv been using the streetcars Mcr app from day one and have watched it transform into an innovative yet simple and user friendly taxi/cab booking application. No matter where I am in the uk this app allows me to book track and go. Being a person who travels constantly (yes even through covid19) I was able to Link my card and was charged accordingly. Even better I found out that through my business I could set up a business account and link it to my app. Iv been getting invoiced on a monthly basis and oh my has it made life so much more efficient for me! To top it all of you can order and select a car type with a protective shield that definitely gave me the confidence to be more relaxed travelling. Great app 5 stars from me!
I will not be using this service ever again.
I try to support local businesses wherever I can but this local business has let me down. I booked a ride for a pick up to go to shudehill bus station to catch a coach to London. Driver came to the wrong address I had to find the driver bring him to the right address & when I asked the driver to wait while I go inside to get my luggage he drove off & left me stranded. I was catching a flight from Gatwick airport later that day. Unbelievable poor service no apologies, no manners. Won’t use them again
Easy to use great app
As I am on the go and have various business meetings around Manchester streetcars app allows me to book easily and use my credit card without having to ring them which may take some of my valuable time as I’m rushing around
